The very first thing you need to do is to login into your blogger account. Once Logged in to your account, go to Pages >> Options >> under “Reader comments” you will see the following two options:
- Allow: Show comments in pages
- Don't allow, show existing: Do not allow comments in pages, display the previous comments.
- Don't allow, hide existing: Do not allow comments in pagtes, hide the previous comments too.

Bro I think this is a new option added by blogger bcz I remember when I created my blog's about us page I made some changes in my Page HTML.
