Reasons Why Your Blogger Blog was deleted or disabled:

Spam is a one word used for all kinds of illegal activities, which could result in deletion of not only your site but also your account. Some examples include, a website which was created to trigger traffic to your site through black hat methods or to boost up the search listing, posting prevent comments on out sites to dig more and more traffic to your website, scrapping content from other sources to generate revenue or to gain personal profits.
Hosting Pirated Content:
Since, this is the only robust and free platform people often shows their smartness and tries to take over advantage of it by hosting pirated content on their site. Pirated content means a person who is providing paid software like Music videos, games, applications for free. By spreading pirated content, not only your blog would be deleted but you might be jailed too. Therefore, stay away from hosting illegal content.

Hosting adult content is allowed on blogger which includes, images, videos which contains nudity or sexual activity. However, before you start an adult site make you sure you mark your site as “Adult” from your settings. Otherwise, your site might be deleted or compromised. There are few limitations while hosting adult content. You cannot place too many ads, nor can you link a porn site within the footer or anywhere else in your site.

If you repeatedly copy others content and the original owner reported to Google DMCA then, your site might be deleted. In many cases, Google always gives a second chance. However, repeated violation might end up in deleted or terminating your site.
Hate Speech or Targeting Others:
Blogger is a place where people share their opinions and write about anything that they like. However, using hate speech or targeting anyone is prohibited. You can still criticize but do not cross the line by publishing hate speech. It means violence or targeting a certain community, race, religion, person or ethnicity. For example, do not write about a certain cast claiming that they are criminals, and they are violating your religion.
Accommodating Malware and Viruses:
Do not create websites which gives birth to viruses and malware. Do not use pop ups, or such scripts which illegally attempt to install software without the permission of the users. This kind of activity is strictly forbidden, and it could cause your site to be deleted.
Some Other Types of violations:
- Child Safety: Make sure your content is safe for children. Do not post children pornographic because it is illegal, and you might be reported to higher authorities.

- Crude Content: Do not post such content, which might cause other heart attacks. For example, posting close-up images of wounds, gunshots or accidents without proper perspective would violate the terms.
Conclusion:
If we sum up this article, it
is quite obvious that all the terms are quite usual. Almost every blogging
platform offers the same sort of terms of content. However, Blogger has a bit strict

Good one and true, no doubt. Nice post Syed.
Yes, they can even delete a custom .com Domain if you repeatedly violate there terms of service.
I have been a victim of false detection. Years ago, my blogger blog was deleted and labelled as spam. It pierced my heard and because of that, I migrated it to wordpress. Of course I sent out an appeal which reactivates my blog within a month. Sad thing is that, it makes me afraid that it might happen again. Though I am following Google TOS, it is really different to move around under a free name and hosting. There are really limitations and it is a terrifying experience to find an innocent blog deleted. :(
