Login to your Blogger Dashboard. Select the blog on which you want to enable comment notifications, go to: Settings » Mobile and Email. Insert the email address in the text box present next to the “Comment Notification Email”. You can enter up to ten email addresses, separated by commas. Blogger will email these addresses when someone leaves a comment on your blog.
After you finish entering the email address, press the orange “Save setting” button present at the top right corner of your screen. Now whenever anyone would leave a comment on your site you will automatically receive notifications on your allocated email addresses.
You will receive an email similar to this one:

We hope this small but handy tip would aid you in confronting the Spam reviews left by your readers on your blog. The next thing you could do to secure your site from spam is to enable Comment moderation. You will only approve those reviews which are free from spam. Hey, I was wondering if the person(s) leaving a comment(s) receive a email notice when I respond to their comment. I cant figure this one out. I hope they are! Please help!

Hi Lisa, If they have left a comment on your blog then they do get comment notification if you ever reply to their comments.

Thank you for the instructions! I have followed the steps to add email notifications. However, I am still not receiving an email when someone posts a comment. Are there any reasons why thus feature wouldn't work?
IF its Gmail, Please check your Social Folder.
How comes I'm not receiving anything when I've left a comment on someones blog and they've replied to me on there?
I am not sure why this is happening, Can you please provide more details.
