Does anyone ever think of publishing posts to their Blogger blog remotely through Emails? Commonly people are so busy with their tough schedules that, they do not have any moment to login to their Blogger account to publish a new article on the site. By publishing posts through Emails you can communicate with your readers on the go. This means that you don’t need to sign in to your Blogger admin dashboard to update your blog at all. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to publish Posts to Blogger Remotely through Emails.

Why to Publish to Blogger using Emails?

Post on the Go:
Sometimes people are so much drained in either outdoor activities or business that, they don’t get any spare time to publish new articles on their site. Publishing through Emails allows a person to update his site without even logging in to his account. Indeed, publishing new articles on your site were never so easy just one click and the post is ready to be served.

Publish Through Any Email Provider:
There is no restriction while selecting Email Provider. It works smoothly on some popular providers i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook because Blogger universally support them all. You can use any provider to publish your posts. The whole system works on the secrete email address that is allocated to every blog.

How To Enable Posting using Emails option in Blogger?

Luckily by default, Blogger has the option of publishing posts to your site through emails. However, this function is not enabled by default, so our main job is to enable that option from the settings. Once the option is turned on, your blog will start accepting posts that you will send on your blog’s secrete email address.

First thing first, Go to Blogger.com >> Settings >> Email & Mobile >> Posting using Email. By default, this feature is not enabled so first enable it by selecting any of the two options:

  • Publish email immediately: It will publish all the articles which are sent through emails immediately onto your site. There is no second review involved in it. However, if somehow your secrete email address got leaked then, without any permission anyone can publish articles on your site.
  • Save emails as draft post: This function will not publish your articles immediately. In fact, all the post that your site will receive would be moved to the draft area. However, after reviewing you can publish them as per the needs.
Now to post to your blogger site through emails you have to generate a secrete email address for your site. I will prefer you to enter some illogical terms i.e. A54SXvg@example.com, zZnF4B@example.com, etc so nobody can guess them. After inserting your secrete word, hit the Save Button to conclude.

How to Publish to Blogger using Emails?

Now after enabling the feature, head to any email service provider. I always prefer Gmail because it is the most complete service and has a standard post editor to write a spotless article. After logging in to your account select “Compose a new Email”.

It is enormously vital that you write the secret email address accurately which is allotted to your site. Write something in the subject box and it will act as your article’s post title. Now write your articles normally. Though, the features of the post editor are not exactly the same but still for the time being it is more than acceptable. After writing your post, just press the “SEND” button.
Soon within few moments the article would be published on your site, which you have just sent to your blog moments a go through Email WOW, this thing works. Indeed does. Now, whenever you are out of town or city you can easily update your site through emails.

How do I remove the email "header" that shows up in the text field of the blog post? Argh! There has to be a way to drop that and keep the text body of the email for readers to read. Remote posting is great but the header makes it look sloppy.

Hi,

That is officially from Blogger so there is no way we can walk you through unless Blogger remove it itself.
