Are you still using AdSense to
Monetize Your Blog? As we all know AdSense has been the finest way to earn
money online from a website. However, Affiliate marketing has overtaken AdSense
because it has enlarged the chances of earning. Day by day People are showing
more interests in monetizing their blog with their partner's products rather than
using AdSense. It is so successful because it provides
guaranteed money only if someone purchase a product with your refer. What is Affiliate Marketing? it is neither similar to AdSense nor Buysellads. Though affiliates you will only get paid if someone purchase a product through your referral, so it is quite clear that chances of earning depends on the number of refers, because the more you refer the better you will earn. So today we will be discussing different ways though which you can promote your Products on your website or blog.
Promote Affiliate Products Through Detailed Review:
Writing a review of an
your partner's products is the one of the best way to turn the attention of your
visitors towards it. The review should be written in such a way that people cannot
ignore your offer. You have to include the features of your merchandise to gaga
your readers about a certain product but make sure you always review those merchandise that will benefit your visitors, because trust is extremely crucial in
Affiliate advertising. You can also include your refer link, so visitors can
easily purchase a certain product without any hesitation whatsoever.
Placing Related Affiliate Advertisement Banners:
Just like AdSense you can
place Affiliate advertisements on your blog but make sure advertisement that
you have choose should relates your content. For example, if you have a blog on
Oranges, but you have placed the advertisement of Mangoes then forgot of purchasing
your visitors will not even click those unrelated advertisements. Remember: Don’t
stuff your blog with tons of affiliate advertisements because it could annoy
your visitors.
Interlinking Affiliate Refer Links in Blog Posts:
Internal linking plays supreme
role in affiliate promotion because by linking your referral links you are telling
your visitors to buy a certain product. For example, you are writing a post
about Laptops so in the middle of your post you can provide a refer link though
which your visitors can purchase a laptop. It is the most used and the oldest
technique which still works like a charm.
Though it is not common, but
this technique has proven itself many times. So, you should engage with your
readers, try to ask them about their interested, built friendly relation with
them, and in the end recommend them a item that will benefit them. Remember:
Never ever try to bluff your readers because after bluffing visitor will never
trust you so make sure you provide high quality goods.
Giving Cheap Offers To Attract Buyers:
This technique has become a
trend because nowadays people are offering cheap offers to attract more potential
buyers. You have to follow the same strategy by giving cut-rate products you
are inviting more and more users to purchase, and once they become your permanent
buyer you can increase the prices.
Promote Affiliates By Sending Emails To your Mailing List:
This would only work if you
have readers who have subscribed to your blog via email. You can give them some
low-cost offers to influence their interest. You can tell them about its
features and can ask them to make a purchase. Remember: Don’t send too many
promotional emails otherwise it could annoy visitors and they might remove themselves
your email list.
What’s next?
The main reason why Affiliates
is progressed so quickly is the one after another banning of Google AdSense account. This is the reason why lots of blogger turned towards marketing merchandise and that worked quite well for them. Stunningly Google AdSense has
also introduced Affiliates for Blogger, so you can imagine about the power of affiliate
marketing. What do you think about it? Give your opinions till then,
peace, blessings and happy learning.

I'm using both on my blog, but I believe that affiliate marketing is better and profitable way to monetize a blog because in my opinion Adsense is like sending traffic to competitor for few cents.
