  2. Now Click on the "Backup/Restore" button on the top right side of your screen.
  3. Click on the orange "Download full Template" button to download your template.
  4. Choose where you would exactly like to save your template on your computer and then press "Save".
Now you are free to make any changes to the codes of your blogger template without worrying. If you run into any problem, you can always re-upload your saved template.

How to Restore Your Blogger Template

  1. Login to your Blogger dashboard and go to "Template" from the left menu.

  2. Now Click on the "Backup/Restore" button on the top right side of your screen.

  3. Select "Browse" button. Now navigate and select the backup of your template from your computer or select a fresh copy. Note: Make sure it is in .xml format.
  4. In the end, click the "Upload" button. 
Now you have successfully uploaded a new or backup of your blogger template. You can restore your blogger template in case anything goes wrong while editing or making any changes to your template.
